In the poll creator, click "Groups" then "Create a group". Name it ("Team A", "Choir members") and add the members. From then on, select that group in one click for every new poll — without ever retyping the emails.

From the results page, select "Consensus". DooDates automatically hides the slots that too many members have rejected. You only see the dates that work for the majority — especially handy when you have 20 to 50 members with widely varying constraints.

From your dashboard, click the three dots on the past poll and select "Duplicate". An identical new poll opens as a draft — change the dates, then share. Responses start fresh from zero.
