With the AI chat, describe "full weekend from Friday evening to Sunday" — the AI includes the right dates. When creating manually, select the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in a row for each candidate weekend.

Use the Blockers filter to see who is ruling out each date. Sometimes it's better to go away with 7 people on one weekend than to wait for a shared availability that will never happen. You can also create a second poll with new dates straight from the dashboard.

The Engagement filter lists the non-voters. Copy the poll link and send it directly to those people with a short message. A reminder 48 hours after the initial send is usually enough to get all the responses.

Yes. The description field (in the advanced settings) lets you add the destination, the accommodation you have in mind, the estimated budget, or any other detail. This information appears on the voting page to help your friends decide.
